In addition to Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying and Management Consulting services, we specialise in the preparation and resolution of Claims and in settlement of disputes by Amicable Negotiation, Mediation, Adjudication or Arbitration.
The company was established in 1991 and has been involved throughout the Caribbean Region in the construction of hotels, hospitals, prisons, highways, roads, bridges, warehouses, stores, offices, sports facilities, petro-chemical, methanol and liquid natural gas projects, pipelines and valve stations.
We are experts in preparation and review of contracts for large projects and have extensive experience in the application, use and interpretation of the FIDIC Rainbow Suite of Contract Documents. PMG has provided speakers at seminars on contract law, construction claims, critical path network and time impact analysis and we arrange workshops for corporate clients periodically.
We also offer technical computer services including website hosting, domain name registration, corporate email services, networking and database design.
